We met Ewen briefly on the Castle Eden Walkway just as he was approaching Thorpe Thewles. He seemed in good spirit despite the poor walking conditions ( and weather ). I think he was looking forward to a well deserved bed for the night in Thorpe. We wish him the best of luck for the rest of his journey
